Resource for Community Clean-Up's

Carolyn Hendricks our Community Coordinator in the northwest part of South Dakota found this Extension publication from K-State that may be help for our communities trying to coordinate a community-wide clean up effort. It has lots of great hints about how to get started and a checklist of things your committees may find helpful in implementing this type of project. You can find the link on our webpage at http://sdces.sdstate.edu/cld under the "Tools for Communities" section on the Horizons page. I have also included the link for you here: http://sdces.sdstate.edu/cld/files/Conducting_a_Community_Clean_Up.pdf

Keep up the great work in your communities!

What a better way to bring your community together than a cleanup. The communities will be suprised who and how many people show up to these.
