Hot Springs Kick Off
Hot Springs Horizons kickoff is a catered meal of BBQ Beef, Potato Salad, and Dessert at 5:30 pm., Thursday, Feb 8 at the American Legion. Don DeVries, steering committee member, former mayor, and long-time community leader and volunteer, is M.C. Sandstone singers will entertain. SD Extension Service Horizons staff -- Kari Fruechte, Dan Oedekoven, and our local Sally Park-Hageman, are honored guests. The entire community is invited, of course. The level of awareness of Horizons is beginning to rise sharply here in Hot Springs. People are excited about the project as they learn more about it.
